Once upon a time, I was just a girl with a dream. Driving home and walking up the stairs in my house tonight, I was overwhelmed with the deepest feeling of gratitude. Gratitude for how far I've come, gratitude for everything that I have in my life today, gratitude for everyone who believed in me and took a chance on me, gratitude for the amazing people I'm surrounded by...beyond amazing actually. Gratitude for the fact that this wasn't always the case, but I fought to reach the other side - and how beautiful it is. Gratitude to be able to see my dreams come to fruition and gratitude that I am able to really appreciate it. I still am just a girl with a dream. Well, actually, it's not so much a dream anymore as much as goal. And I don't think I could be more grateful for anything besides that. 
 Through the power of thought, persistence and my unwillingness to have a plan b, I have been able to gracefully step into this world I have created for myself. Everyone has a dream. Very few think they can attain it. But it's possible, life is limitless, because remember...once upon a time I was just a girl with a dream.
